KUALA LUMPUR, April 10 - Petronas Dagangan Bhd has launched it Primax 95 Xtra- a new F1 technology inspired fuel which replaces the existing RON 95 fuel.

The new fuel is still sold at the same regulated price of RON 95 fuel at RM1.90 per litre and is now available in over 950 Petronas service stations nationwide.

Primax 95 Xtra, whose development is inspired by Formula 1 technology, features a combination of advanced combustion improver and friction modifier to produce efficient combustion and reduce internal friction to extract maximum work for every drop of fuel burned.

Thus, for the best performance, the new synthetic detergent has used in the fuel to provide a superior edge in cleaning the engine and maintaining its cleanliness.

The new fuel was launched by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at the Petronas Twin Tower last night in conjunction with the unveiling of Petronas' new tagline “All The Way”.

Petronas Dagangan managing director and chief executive officer Amir Hamzah Azizan said: “In Petronas Dagangan, we firmly believe all the way and bring the best to our customers no matter product or services.

“The Primax 95 Xtra is a proved of our commitment to continuously invest in developing innovation products that meet and exceed our customers' expectation.”

Goh Chin Kang, 40, who is loyalty customer for Petronas said that he willing to demand the Primax 95 Xtra that will bring benefit to vehicle and at the same price as RON95.

Yeap Ah Cheng, 30, she express that if the Primax 95 Xtra really brings such functions, she will consider switches her fuel selection from Shell to Petronas.
